Mango Pickle Chutney

This is the most easiest chutney and very very yummy.

Ingredients
3 pieces of whole mango which has been salted and stored for at least 2 years. Or you can use directly from the pickle.
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 green chilli
Water for consistency
Salt to taste

Seasoning
2 tsp coconut oil
6 cloves garlic roughly chopped
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1 dried red chilli

How to make
Grind together the coconut, green chilli and pickled mango. add salt and water IF REQUIRED.
Seasoning- take coconut oil. let it be hot, add the seasoning, let the garlic brown.
add to chutney.

serve with dosa, idli, or even rice.

Paneer Pattis stuffed with Cheese


Ingredients:
Paneer made from 1 ltr milk*
1 green chilli finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 pinch turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Mozerella cheese for filling-grated
gram flour for consistency
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

How to Make:

* How to make paneer: Boil milk, once boiled, keep on low flame and add a whole lemon, mix. Boil for 5 minutes after milk breaks. keep aside until it cools and then strain the water out.

Pattis:
mix together, Paneer, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
add gram flour to bring the ingredients together.
roll into balls and flatten it in between your palm.
place grated cheese in between, make another pattis and place over the cheese. make sure it is sealed properly.
shallow fry on both sides until brown.
